How it works
Once your order is placed and payment confirmed, your book is generated and reviewed before being sent to print. Production takes approximately 2–4 business days and is included in the delivery estimates below.
Your book is printed and shipped via Gelato, our global print partner, using a print facility closest to your delivery address.

Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your book has been dispatched. Tracking coverage varies by carrier and destination.
Damaged or lost orders
If your book arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@spotli.com.au within 14 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and photos of any damage. We will arrange a reprint and reship at no additional cost.
