1. Who we are

Spotli ("we", "us", "our") creates personalised search-and-find books for customers worldwide. We can be contacted at hello@spotli.com.au.

2. What we collect

• Photos: Photos you upload to generate your book. These are used for book generation, likeness checks and requested corrections. We delete originals during the next daily cleanup after our print partner confirms your book has been printed or shipped; a shared upload waits for every linked book.
• Order information: Your name, email address, and shipping address to fulfil your order.
• Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Account information: If you create an account, your email address and order history.
• Generated files: Your preview and print-ready PDFs and generated book images are stored temporarily to fulfil your order. We delete them from our storage during the next daily cleanup after our print partner confirms your book has been printed or shipped. Unresolved review, fulfilment or submission issues may delay deletion.

3. How we use your information

• To generate your personalised book
• To process and fulfil your order
• To send you order updates and your preview
• To respond to support requests

We do not sell your personal information or use uploaded photos for advertising. We share information with the service providers needed to create, process and deliver your book.

4. Photo deletion

We keep original photos for generation, likeness review and requested corrections until our print partner confirms the book has been printed or shipped. Originals then enter the next daily cleanup. If the same upload is linked to multiple books, deletion waits for confirmation for every linked book. Unconfirmed submissions, active corrections, fulfilment issues or deletion failures may delay deletion. Photos from abandoned, unpaid checkouts may be deleted after the checkout is confirmed expired. Contact us if you need help with photo deletion.

5. Third-party services

We use the following trusted services to operate Spotli:

• Stripe - payment processing
• OpenAI - personalised image generation and quality checks
• Google Cloud - photo analysis
• Supabase - secure data storage
• Resend - transactional emails
• Vercel - website hosting
• Trigger.dev - background book-generation tasks
• Gelato - printing and delivery

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@spotli.com.au. We will respond within 30 days.
