Spotli ("we", "us", "our") creates personalised search-and-find books for customers worldwide. We can be contacted at hello@spotli.com.au.

2. What we collect

• Photos: Photos you upload to generate your book. These are used solely for AI image generation and likeness review, then permanently deleted after your preview is approved for print.
• Order information: Your name, email address, and shipping address to fulfil your order.
• Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Account information: If you create an account, your email address and order history.
• Generated files: Your preview and print-ready PDFs are stored temporarily after approval so we can fulfil your order, then automatically deleted after 20 days.

3. How we use your information

• To generate your personalised book
• To process and fulfil your order
• To send you order updates and your preview
• To respond to support requests

We do not sell, share, or use your personal information for advertising or any third-party purposes.

4. Photo deletion

Your uploaded photos are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers after your preview has been approved for printing. This lets us support admin review and approval before print without keeping the originals longer than needed.

5. Third-party services

We use the following trusted services to operate Spotli:

• Stripe - payment processing
• Google Cloud - AI image generation
• Supabase - secure data storage
• Resend - transactional emails
• Vercel - website hosting

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@spotli.com.au. We will respond within 30 days.
